When you sign up to use Rethink x Social’s online platform, you have to login via Facebook. Doing so provides us with your email address associated with your Facebook account, as well as your public profile (which may include your friend list as it is by default set to public). We do not and will never view nor use any of this information.

For optimization purposes, we may collect data about your use of our application. This allows us to understand how customers use our product and how to improve their experience.
Last, the only data we collect about end consumers is the aggregated data openly provided by the social platforms in their public API’s. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information. Our charts only analyse aggregate data at a post level without any focus on individual consumers (e.g., we look at the number of likes, not WHO liked the post). The same is true at the data we analyse at a channel level: we measure how many new followers the account gained, not who became a follower of the account).
